BOOKINGS

You’re welcome to reserve your table directly through our website, or if you prefer a more feel free to reach out to us by email or phone.


Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll be in touch again 48 hours before your visit to reconfirm your reservation. If we’re unable to reach you, please note that we may need to release the table for other guests.


MENUS

Our menus evolve with the seasons, and we love introducing new dishes and drinks for our guests to enjoy. As we refresh them regularly, please keep in mind that all menus are subject to change.


ALLERGIES & DIETARIES

If you or anyone in your party has an allergy or dietary requirement, please let us know in advance.

 

While we always do our utmost to accommodate every guest, the nature of our kitchen means we cannot guarantee the absence of trace ingredients or cross‑contamination. 


TABLE REQUESTS

Our window tables are offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis. We always do our very best to honour special requests, though during busier times we can’t guarantee specific seating.

EXPERIENCES

Bookings for our experiences such as afternoon tea or cheese fondue must be made at least 24 hours in advance, with a non‑refundable pre‑payment taken at the time of booking. If payment has not been received 24 hours before your arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

 

Please note that we’re unable to adjust these experiences for dietary requirements, and no substitutions can be made.


MINORS

While we don’t offer a dedicated children’s menu, children and young people under 18 are warmly welcome in Nor’ Loft until 8pm.

 

Please note that, in line with our alcohol licence, we’re unable to seat guests under 18 within sight of the bar. If your party includes anyone under 18, we kindly ask that you let us know when booking so we can ensure an appropriate table is available. If we’re unable to accommodate this, we may need to decline the reservation to remain compliant with legislation.

DRESS CODE

We kindly ask guests to join us in smart-casual attire when visiting Nor' Loft.


PAYMENTS

We are a cashless business, so all payments are made by card.


SERVICE CHARGE

A discretionary 10% service charge is added to your bill. This goes directly to our wonderful team in appreciation of their care and hospitality.
